Carpal Tunnel Results are in...
Had my EMG done last tuesday. Results came back with Positive Carpal tunnel in both hands. Waiting to get the report back from the doctor who requested the test done. (I posted some of this last week!)

Got a letter from the insurance company and they are saying that they are REFUSING to pay for the surgery, stating ( Read more... )

This weekend we spent in Corpus Christi with Z's family. The munchkin was picked up early and i took her to play at the park with my cousin's kids. Then met up with Z's sister and they took Munchkin down to corpus. We joined her down there the next morning. Went down to the beach and collected sea shells. Played games with the kids. ok.. My turn for an update.

Figure I better do it now for I leave in an hour to take the 4th cortizone shot between my two wrists. Blah.

I've had a cortizone shot every week for the past 3 weeks now. Everytime I have one my hand that gets the shot is basically very painful and useless for a good 72 hours before returning back to it's normal level ( Read more... )

I had my first Kortizone shot yesterday. Hurt like a mother F*er. That needle was sooo long. OUCHIE. But after all that pain it didn't seem to do anything. My hand still hurts like hell.  The doctor told me that they normal have ppl take IBProfin but since i'm allergic to it he gave me a perscription. We found a new place to live. It's a 2 bedroom/2 bath. Still in my current complex which both of us like. We are supposed to move on Sept. 8th.  We plan on doing what packing we can this weekend so that it makes it easier for moving stuff over. Going to trade cars with my friend Steve. He has a truck. Well, Today was my first full day with the munchkin. I think we both had fun. After the 3 of us had breakfast, Z left for work and munchkin and I went shopping for fun stuff to do.
